Ana is our customer from Mexico, she had a order to ship by Fedex , but Fedex warehouse is very crowded before China national holidays, so the delivery was slower and customer waited for longer time to get goods.
Then our Fedex forwarder refunded us 35$ for compensation, we didn't keep it into our account since shipping fee was paid by Ana, we told customer and we can refund to their account by paypal, customer was very happy and got the amount from us.

Ivan is our customer from Germany, he placed orders to Gabiso several times. However there was a long period that we received 0 order from him. We sent email and messages to inquire but no reply, so we cannot do anything just sharing some new products or company news.

After half a year,one day, he came us and told that he had order to placed to us, which surprised us because he almost disappeared in this period.
We were happy about that and asked him why no reply from him during that time, he told us he shifted orders to another factory whose price is a little lower, but the goods from them got him
lots of complaints, the rate is over 10%, which is too high and the compensation amount for complaints took up many profits, so he came back to us after 2 orders with others.
